Hey Guys
I’m Sian, a yoga instructor based in beautiful North Devon, UK.
I discovered yoga in my early twenties and quickly realised how transformative the practice could be. The positive impact it had on my life inspired me to dive deeper, and before long, I became completely captivated by the way yoga can help us feel stronger, healthier, happier and more connected. Inspired by the positive impact yoga had on my life, I decided to undertake my yoga teacher training so I could share the practice with others.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve been teaching for ten years, and I still love every minute of it.
I’m qualified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Acro and Restorative, although my speciality is a dynamic style of Vinyasa Flow. In these classes, movement and breath are synchronised to create a flow that builds strength, improves flexibility, enhances balance, activates deep core engagement and supports overall well-being. My teaching combines fluid sequences with functional movement, helping students feel both challenged and empowered.
In all of my classes, we explore a Sahaja state - encouraging movement that is intuitive, organic, and supportive of your individual needs. Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice, and I invite students to move in ways that feel genuinely good for them rather than following a rigid template.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible people and organisations, offering a wide range of classes and experiences. These include private one-to-one sessions (both in person and via Zoom), studio and beach classes, retreat teaching, live online classes, and On Demand — my online subscription platform. I also teach weekly classes at the multi-award-winning health retreat, Yeotown.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’d love to welcome you to a class. Keep scrolling to learn more about my offerings, and I hope to see you on the mat soon.
Love, Sian x
